Advertising and Measurement

We advertise on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. To understand which ads lead to real customers, our website uses these platforms' tags, which record when someone who clicked an ad visits our pages or submits a quote request. This may include:

  • Ad click identifiers (fbclid, gclid, wbraid, or gbraid) and identifiers stored in your browser by those tags
  • The type of project you selected, the page where the action happened, and the date and time of the action
  • Your browser, device, and IP address, which the tags collect automatically
We do not send your phone number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent to advertising platforms.

These platforms use this information to match actions to ad clicks and report results to us, and may use it under their own privacy policies. You can manage how they use your information in your Meta ad preferences and Google My Ad Center, or ask us to stop sharing your information for advertising as described in Section 9.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Remember which ad or campaign brought you to our website during your visit
  • Carry your first name, project type, and timeline from our quote form to our thank-you page during your visit, so we can confirm your request, and keep your website chat conversation open while you browse
  • Count each quote request once, so a refreshed page is not counted twice
  • Analyze site traffic and user behavior
  • Remember your preferences and improve website functionality
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising

The information our website keeps in browser storage is cleared when you close your browser tab. Analytics and advertising cookies are set by those providers and last for the periods they set. You may control or delete cookies and stored site data through your browser settings. Disabling them may limit your ability to use certain features of our website.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:

  • Customer, project, permit, and warranty records for as long as your warranty runs, plus any period required by law
  • Inquiries from people who did not become customers for up to 3 years after our last contact
  • Text message consent and opt-out records for at least 4 years, to show compliance with telemarketing laws

  • Encryption of data in transit to our website and systems
  • Secure access controls and authentication
  • Limiting access to the people who need it to serve you
  • Breach notification in accordance with applicable laws, including Florida law
