2General Terms

This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Boss Plumbing Contractors LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific services or written agreements with Boss Plumbing Contractors LLC.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions or to impose new conditions on the use of the Site from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms and Conditions on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms and Conditions, as modified.

3Quotes and Pricing

Quote Requests

Requesting a quote is free and comes with no obligation to buy. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract and does not guarantee that we can take on your project, schedule a specific date, or serve your location.

Pricing and Quotes

Your price depends on the scope of the work, the fixtures, equipment, and materials you choose, the condition of the existing plumbing and what we find once work begins, site conditions, permit and inspection requirements, and local code requirements. Your price will be confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins. The written proposal and signed contract control over anything shown on the Site.

Service Area

We serve homes and businesses from Fort Pierce to Boca Raton, including Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Jupiter, West Palm Beach, and Delray Beach. Projects outside our service area may be declined or quoted separately.

Photos, videos, and descriptions on the Site show examples of our work. Your project may differ based on your property, design, and materials.

4Permits, Inspections and Your Project

• We obtain the building permits required for the work in your signed contract, unless your contract states otherwise.
• If your property manager, landlord, or homeowners' association must approve your project, you are responsible for getting that approval. We can provide project details to support your request.
• Project schedules depend on permitting, inspections, approvals, material availability, and weather. Dates we share are estimates, not guarantees, unless your contract states otherwise.
• Your signed contract will include the notices required by Florida law, including information about the Florida Homeowners' Construction Recovery Fund and the Florida Construction Lien Law.

5Workmanship and Warranty

• Work is performed by our crew under our Florida Certified Plumbing Contractor license, CFC1433712.
• Any warranty on our work is provided in writing with your contract. The written warranty controls and describes what is covered, how long coverage lasts, how to make a claim, and any exclusions.
• Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials, such as water heaters, fixtures, valves, and piping, are provided by those manufacturers under their own terms.
• Damage from storms, flooding, misuse, work by others, or other events outside our control is not covered by our workmanship warranty unless your written warranty states otherwise.

6Intellectual Property Rights

Our Limited License to You

This Site and all the materials available on the Site are the property of Boss Plumbing Contractors LLC and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use.

You may not use the Site or the materials available on the Site in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorized by us.

Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium any material from the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boss Plumbing Contractors LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Florida county where Boss Plumbing Contractors LLC has its principal place of business, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Disputes about work performed under a signed contract are governed by that contract.
